Hi, I'm Nicole!

I am a Junior pursuing a dual degree in Human Nutrition and Molecular & Cellular Biology (MCB) at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. 

 

I published this webpage for the "Going Deeper" Assignment in JOUR 199: Surviving Social Media. That class is taught by Nikki Usher in conjunction with the Campus Honors Program (CHP) at UIUC.

In my free time, I advocate for affordable housing and equitable spaces in Champaign-Urbana with the student chapter of Habitat for Humanity, am employed as an RA in Wassaja Hall, and spend a ton of time on Tiktok. I also love to volunteer within the local community and have held numerous jobs within the field of healthcare. In the future, I hope to be a physician and one day open up my own clinic.
